Sarah is known for her thoroughness, integrity, and collaborative approach and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.

Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. She brings over two decades of experience to EQ Wealth Advisors, with a career spanning both corporate and individual tax consulting. Sarah held leadership roles at Ryan, LLC, where she managed multi-office teams and oversaw complex state income and franchise tax engagements for Fortune 500 clients. Her understanding of tax strategy and compliance helped clients across industries—including oil & gas, manufacturing, banking, and retail—save millions through thoughtful planning and advocacy. During her time at Ryan, Sarah led audit defense engagements from start to finish, working closely with clients and state agencies to minimize tax burdens, resolve disputes efficiently, and ensure fair outcomes through strategic representation and appeals. More recently, Sarah served individuals and small business owners across the country navigate the complexities of federal and state tax compliance. She works closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate filings and combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to client success.

Outside of work, Sarah is a proud mom to three boys who attend Lovejoy High School. Life is full of energy and adventure—two of her sons play baseball, two ride bulls, and all three are active members of the Leopard bass fishing team, where her oldest serves as co-Team Captain. Sarah is deeply involved in the community, volunteering alongside her sons through Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) and serving in leadership roles with both the Lovejoy Leopard Diamond Baseball Booster Club and the Leopard Fishing Booster Club. Whether cheering from the stands or helping organize team events, Sarah finds joy in supporting her boys and the broader Lovejoy community.
